Cost vs Risk Analysis
Effective load stability is about balance. In some cases, increasing material use is justified to reduce damage and risk. In others, stability can be improved by changing film specification or machine configuration. Our role is to determine the correct prescription based on evidence.
1
Risk Evaluation
We assess the operational and financial impact of load failure, including product damage, rejected deliveries, transport disruption and reputational risk.
2
Cost Benchmarking
We analyse current film usage, containment performance and cost per pallet to understand the true financial position of your operation. If a PCR film is a consideration it will always get recommended and save the plastic packaging tax.
3
Solution Trade-Off Assessment
Where increased containment is required, we determine whether the solution is additional material, a different film specification or machine optimisation. The objective is not to use more, but to use what is appropriate.
4
Prescription-Based Recommendation
Every recommendation is tailored to your product, distribution environment and risk tolerance. We prescribe the correct solution for your business, not a standardised approach or a single product outcome.
